Yes, you may change/cancel your order as long as it is not yet delivered. To do so, please get in touch with us on +91 8527588867 or at email@example.com with your order details as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.
Products like Cakes are only available in Delhi-NCR right now. We have mentioned the same at the product pages as well. Still if you place an order of the products not available in your region via “Online Payment” method, we’ll send you a refund in a form of a voucher of the same amount. You can redeem the coupon to buy products available in your region. In case of “Cash On Delivery”, we will cancel your order and a cancellation mail will be send from our end.
A voucher code is received on cancellation/return or on regular sale intervals on our website. Apply the same voucher code at the checkout under “Coupon” section. You cannot apply more than one coupon code on the same order.
As soon as you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation mail from our end with an official bill. As we receive your order notification, we try to dispatch it within 24 hours. When we dispatch your product, you’ll get another intimation mail from us and you should receive your package within couple of days depending on your location.

Yes, we ship internationally but only on bulk orders. Go to our Contact page for further details.
Within India – There are no delivery charges for any orders. Cash on delivery charges are extra: ₹49.
International – For international orders there is a nominal charge based on the products and country we ship to. Further note, you will need to pay Customs Duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in. Customs Duty will be at actuals, and you will need to pay the Customs Duty at the time you accept the order.
This depends on the type of product, mode of payment and location. We dispatch our products from Monday to Saturday, and it takes another 3 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. Some products are made-to-order so please expect a short delay in the shipment of these products. The relevant product page will have these details mentioned.
Mode of payment a.Prepaid Orders: Once you place an order, we will try and dispatch most products the next working day itself. But this is based on the product.
b.Cash On Delivery Orders: – We will dispatch your order the next working day after the cash on delivery order is confirmed. But this is based on the product.

Within Delhi-NCR: Please allow 1 to 2 working days for the package to be delivered

Not necessarily. An single order may be dispatched as multiple shipments to ensure that the product is safe and handled with utmost care.
We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you.
a. Online Payment via Credit or Debit We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards, Net Banking, Cash Cards, Wallets.
b. Cash on Delivery (COD) You can make the payment once the product reaches you. However, this service is available only in within India.

When you place a cash on delivery order, you will receive a confirmation call before dispatch. Only once the order is confirmed will we dispatch the same. There are 3 ways to confirm the order:
a. You will receive an automated call to confirm/cancel the order.
b. Incase you miss it, we will call you on the same day or the next working day to confirm/cancel the order..
c. You can email us your confirmation at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Please note : If we don’t hear from you 7 DAYS after you have placed your order, the order will be cancelled.
We adopt a 15-DAY FREE RETURN / EXCHANGE policy for all the non food items as long as the returned products are unused, unwashed and returned with all original packaging and tags. For food items, we do not accept returns as long as they arrive unsealed or in an unsatisfactory condition. You will get a credit voucher for the whole amount you paid which is valid forever.
We take utmost care in our Quality Control process and also during shipping all our orders. In a rare case, if you do receive a damaged/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures at email@example.com and we will take care of the rest.
Within India: Yes, we have a free reverse-pickup service. Incase your pincode isn’t serviceable, you will need to courier the product back to us and we will give you Rs. 100 in the form of store credit.
International: You will need to ship the products back to us at your cost.
